Welcome Poet James H. Duncan, New Co-Host of The Troy Poetry Mission

April 27, 2017

The Troy Poetry Mission at this time would like to welcome poet James Duncan as our new monthly co-host of our monthly open mic for poets and poetry at O’Brien’s Public House in Troy, NY. James  is the editor of Hobo Camp Review, a former editor with Writer’s Digest, and is the author of multiple collections of short fiction and poetry from small presses all over the country. His work has been nominated for The Pushcart Prize and the Best of the Net, and his stories often originate from his time traveling the long stretches of highway between Maine and California, Mexico and Montreal, finding moments of respite in book shops, all-night cafes, and train station platforms.

He resides in upstate New York.
